Welcome to the Reset portion of the cleanse. We hope you are seeing changes in how you are feeling.
Here are the supplements you will be taking for the Reset Phase for Days 11 - 20:
Continue making entries in your Fertility Journal daily. Use it to record your daily water, food, and other information included in the journal. As you progress through the program, see what changes have been made and note how you are feeling as you make these changes.
Download the Nutritional Guide for Healthy Fertility. Incorporate some of the foods, recipes and use the meal planner and checklist to make meal planning easier.
Start using the 75 Affirmations book. Choose an affirmation daily, say it and record how you feel when you are affirming it. If it makes you feel uncomfortable, that would be a good affirmation to meditate on to see why it is feeling uncomfortable.
Start using your Gratitude Journal. When we are having a challenging time, being in gratitude can help shift our perspective and help us to see where we really do have positives in our lives and helps to uplift us.
